In a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and product innovation, PepperBall has announced the appointment of two key executives: Gregg Morin as Vice President of Operations and Brian Haman as Vice President of Product Management.

Gregg Morin, who brings over 15 years of engineering and manufacturing expertise, previously served as Head of Production at Siemens in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. There, he successfully integrated lean manufacturing principles, achieving over $1.5 million in cost savings while leading teams to develop and implement effective operational strategies. His experience also includes senior roles at Viant Medical and Deublin Company, where he focused on productivity improvements and new product launches.

“Gregg is a builder,” said Bob Plaschke, CEO of PepperBall. “His proven ability to tighten processes and enhance quality will be invaluable as we scale our production to meet growing demand.”

Morin expressed his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “I’m driven to learn something new every day and translate that into better outcomes for the team and the customer. I’m honored to help expand our production capabilities and support PepperBall’s next phase of growth.”

Joining Morin is Brian Haman, who has over 17 years of experience in global product development, having successfully launched more than 40 products in the power tools and smart home technology sectors. Haman’s most recent position was Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Chamberlain Group, where he collaborated with product management and UX teams to launch innovative smart access solutions.

“Brian brings a disciplined, user-focused approach to product strategy,” Plaschke noted. “His ability to translate field needs into high-performing solutions will be instrumental as we expand our portfolio.”

Haman emphasized his commitment to user-centric design, stating, “The PepperBall mission demands products that are intuitive, reliable, and purpose-built. I’m excited to partner with our customers and teams to deliver exactly that.”

With these appointments, PepperBall aims to strengthen its operational and product management capabilities, ensuring that law enforcement agencies have access to reliable non-lethal tools and training.
