Jury Deliberations Begin in New York Prosecutors’ Case Against Donald Trump

The highly anticipated trial of former President Donald Trump has reached a critical point as jury deliberations are set to begin Wednesday morning in New York. This marks the first criminal trial involving a former president, adding to the historic significance of the case.

Prosecutors have charged Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in relation to a hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 election.
