Pennsylvania Chamber Launches Inaugural “PA Small Business of the Year” Awards to Celebrate Local Achievements

HARRISBURG – Celebrating Small Business Excellence: PA Chamber Launches Inaugural “Small Business of the Year” Awards

In a significant move to honor the backbone of Pennsylvania’s economy, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry has announced the launch of its inaugural “PA Small Business of the Year” Awards. This statewide initiative aims to recognize and celebrate the remarkable achievements of small businesses that are not only driving innovation but also creating jobs and enriching communities across the Commonwealth.

“As the Statewide Voice of Business, we’re honored to represent nearly 10,000 businesses of all sizes and industry sectors across Pennsylvania, many of which are small businesses,” said PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein. “We are thrilled to host the inaugural ‘PA Small Business of the Year’ Awards to highlight the contributions of small businesses to jobs, the economy, and the quality of life for Pennsylvanians. We can’t wait to hear their stories and share the positive impacts they are making in our state.”

The awards program will spotlight two standout businesses as the Top Small Business in Pennsylvania, each receiving a one-year Investor-level membership in the PA Chamber, statewide recognition, and invaluable networking opportunities with business leaders and policymakers. Finalists will also be acknowledged across various categories, including overall growth, community engagement, leadership, and innovation.

Small businesses will be categorized into two groups for the awards: the first includes businesses headquartered in Pennsylvania with between 100 and 250 employees and annual revenues of less than $20 million. The second category encompasses businesses with fewer than 100 employees and annual revenues of less than $10 million. Applicants are encouraged to share their stories of resilience, innovation, and community impact.
