This agreement includes certain employees, assets, and licenses, with the transaction subject to customary closing conditions.
The acquisition of Sequans’ 4G IoT technologies will expand and accelerate Qualcomm’s leadership position in digital transformation at the edge, offering low-power solutions for reliable cellular connectivity in IoT applications.
