Developments in Israel-Hamas Conflict: Negotiations Stalled, Israeli Forces Launch Incursions in Rafah

The Israel-Hamas conflict has reached a critical point as negotiations for the release of hostages have stalled and Israeli forces continue to launch incursions in the southern Gazan town of Rafah.
