Motorcyclist loses control on Interstate 81, gets hit by tractor-trailer, Pennsylvania State Police say

The Pennsylvania State Police have reported a tragic incident on Interstate 81 in Franklin County over the weekend. A motorcyclist, identified as Mark Cramer Jr., 33, from Newburg, lost control of his 2020 Harley-Davidson while heading south on the interstate near mile marker 6.7 in Antrim Township.
