Ally Raskin, a current precinct chair, emphasized that this position is one of the most underutilized tools for influencing local politics.

With approximately 800 precinct seats available in Dallas County, Raskin revealed that only 245 are currently filled. “We have around 500 seats that need to be filled,” she stated, highlighting a significant opportunity for community members to get involved.
