YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A gas explosion in downtown Youngstown has left one person dead and another missing as of early Wednesday morning. The body of the missing man, a 27-year-old Chase Bank employee, was recovered at the scene, while the missing woman remains unaccounted for.
