Justin Timberlake Reportedly Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in the Hamptons

Justin Timberlake has reportedly found himself in hot water after being arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons. The NSYNC star was allegedly pulled over after meeting friends at a hotel in Sag Harbor on Monday night.

According to reports, Timberlake, 43, got back in his car around 12:30 AM to drive back to his residence when he was stopped by authorities. TMZ has stated that the singer was involved in a traffic violation in the early hours of Tuesday and is expected to appear in court following his arrest.

A source told MailOnline, “Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant, like there are most nights. They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.” The source added, “Justin left at 12:30 AM and was pulled over as soon as he left. Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene.”

This incident comes amidst other controversies surrounding Timberlake, including reports of infidelity towards his wife Jessica Biel and explosive comments made by Britney Spears in her memoir regarding their past relationship.

Despite these setbacks, Timberlake’s current tour, the Forget Tomorrow World Tour, has been well-received by fans and critics alike. However, it remains to be seen how this latest setback may impact his tour moving forward.

The Mirror has reached out to Timberlake’s representatives for comment on the situation. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
