Experience the Essence of Korea at K-BeautyLand 2025 in Jakarta!

K-BeautyLand 2025: A Slice of Korea Comes to Jakarta

JAKARTA – For beauty enthusiasts longing for a taste of Korea, the vibrant streets of Seongsu, the glitz of Gangnam, and the colorful charm of Hongdae have arrived in Jakarta. The immersive event, K-BeautyLand 2025, took place on October 1 at the Laguna Atrium in Central Park Mall, offering visitors a unique opportunity to experience the essence of Korean beauty and lifestyle without the need for a plane ticket.

Organized by Social Bella Indonesia, K-BeautyLand 2025 is more than just a beauty showcase; it’s a celebration of culture and lifestyle. Gita Alina, the Corporate Communications Manager, emphasized the event’s goal: “We want to present an authentic Korean feel, not only through beauty products but also through a comprehensive experience relevant to our daily lifestyle.”

Visitors were invited to explore several thematic areas inspired by iconic Korean districts, each designed to engage the senses and provide hands-on experiences:

  1. Pamper in Hanok House (Seongsu-Inspired): The AMORE PACIFIC installation captivated attendees with its blend of traditional and modern aesthetics. Guests enjoyed quick pampering services, tried premium products, and participated in a lucky draw for exclusive prizes.

  2. Skincare District – Gan Glow (Gangnam-Inspired): Mirroring the renowned beauty centers of Gangnam, this area offered tailored skincare recommendations, skin and UV checks, and opportunities to meet popular beauty content creators.

  3. Makeup District (Hongdae-Inspired): Reflecting Hongdae’s vibrant atmosphere, this section allowed visitors to experiment with various makeup looks, receive touch-up services, and engage in DIY product customization.

  4. Personal Care District – Nam Zen (Namsan-Inspired): Emulating Namsan’s natural beauty, this area featured hair and body care services, including split checks and hairstyling, all enhanced by a digital shopping experience.

A highlight of the event was the debut of the Korean skincare brand, SungBoon Editor, in Indonesia. Known for its philosophy of “Good Ingredient, Definite Effect, Daily Use,” the brand has achieved global success, particularly with its Green Tomato Pore Lifting Ampoule, which has sold over 6 million units in Korea. SungBoon Editor’s products utilize patented active ingredients tailored to meet the skincare needs of Indonesians living in tropical climates.

As the event unfolded, attendees reveled in the vibrant atmosphere, engaging in activities that brought them closer to the heart of Korean beauty culture. “Hopefully, beauty enthusiasts can feel like they are actually in Korea, even though they only visit this event in Jakarta,” said Ghaza, a representative from Social Bella Indonesia.

K-BeautyLand 2025 not only showcased the latest trends in beauty but also fostered a sense of community among attendees, proving that you don’t need to travel far to experience the magic of Korea.
