The North Queensland Cowboys have made a significant move by extending the contract of prop Tom Mikaele for a new two-year deal. Additionally, the Penrith Panthers have landed a significant recruitment coup by signing Kiwi test star Isaiah Papali’i from the Wests Tigers starting in 2025.
