SHANGHAI, CHINA – September 23, 2025 – In a significant leap towards digital governance, Huawei officially launched its “R.I.S.E” National Government Cloud reference architecture at the 2025 Global Public Sector Cloud & AI Summit. This innovative framework aims to accelerate the intelligent transformation of public services across nations.

During the summit, Li Junfeng (Wind), Vice President of Huawei and CEO of the Global Public Sector Business Unit, emphasized the pivotal role of cloud technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in reshaping government operations. “We have established a centralized, efficient, and secure cloud foundation that not only supports intelligent transformation but also enhances data aggregation, processing, and value extraction,” he stated.
