For Brook, who has interviewed countless celebrities alongside co-host Jason King since 2019, this encounter stood out as particularly awkward. “It was like I didn’t even exist,” she lamented. “Most people we love. It’s very rare we get one that’s like that. That was unusual.”

However, Brook has taken a lighthearted approach to her preparation, admitting she has done little to get ready for the rigors of jungle life. “I said I was going to go to the gym and do some big hikes. I haven’t done any of that,” she confessed. Instead, she’s indulged in comfort food, stating, “I’ve been fattening myself up… I will literally be arriving unprepared.”

Brook, who is married to model Jeremy Parisi, has also shared her fears about the notorious Bushtucker trials, particularly the eating challenges. “They do not look edible. In my mind, I have got to see it as good protein intake,” she said, bracing herself for what lies ahead.
