Unfortunately, many people cling to traditional beliefs that discourage regular washing. “People want to keep their hair long; they don’t want to wash it. The reason is itching that breaks our hair,” he states. Habib emphasizes that the only real solution is consistent cleaning.

  1. Wet Your Hair First
    Oil doesn’t work well on dry hair. Always wet your hair before applying any products.

  2. Apply Mustard Oil
    Mustard oil is a staple in Indian households and suits the climate well. “God has given mustard oil here after thinking about it,” Habib says. Apply it lightly without massaging.

  3. Leave for 5–10 Minutes
    Allow the oil to settle for a short time—there’s no need to leave it overnight.

  4. Wash Daily
    Use shampoo, soap, or any cleanser of your choice to wash your hair every day. Habib insists that daily washing removes dandruff and sweat, keeping the scalp clean and itch-free. “If you do it every day, your hair will never break. Because no one’s hair breaks before 50 years,” he asserts.
